First, distressed jeans, then fake aged guitars, now cars with fake rust and dents. Sometimes I like the look, but the self-conscious inauthenticity isn't my thing.

Look at it this way - in the Bizarro World we live in, all my stuff with honestly-acquired, formerly value-robbing "wear and tear" now has "cachet". I will set my selling price accordingly, and caveat emptor LOL.
